Who are Lancaster Minibuses?

We started our journey in Blackpool in 2012, when we purchased a minibus to run group adventure tours to the Lake District over the summer because, well, it seemed like a good idea at the time. The adventure tours didn’t take off, but we found that there was high demand for our minibus from family and friends requiring group transport to the airport and for nights out… Blackpool Minibuses was born.

Our customers liked what we were doing and found our service to be better than other taxi firms; from our simple booking process to memorable journeys with our awesome drivers. For us, nothing is too much trouble. We value our customers and they keep on coming back.

Fast forward to 2018 and we now transport over 30,000+ happy customers per year to and from Blackpool. The time has come to spread our wings and bring our passion for service to our northern neighbours… welcome to Lancaster Minibuses.

We cover the complete Lancaster area including Carnforth, Morecambe and Heysham. Our most popular services include airport transfers, day trips and nights out, but we also do school and corporate work. Blackpool Illuminations tours during the Autumn/Winter months are also very popular. Anything you need transport for, we can help and will do in the best possible manner.

Where do we operate?

Unlike some of the companies you’ll come across, we are not a broker; we operate our own buses and we are based in Lancaster. This means we won’t be beaten on price. We don’t need to add a commission, and there are no hidden costs. The price you are quoted is the price you will pay.

We provide a comfortable airport transfer service to all UK airports, including Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol, Luton and Heathrow. We’ve got you covered, from any UK airport.

Race Days

Whether it’s the horses, the dogs or any other form of racing, here’s a little tip – let us drive so you can enjoy your day. All venues covered, including Haydock, Belle Vue, Chester and Cheltenham.

Nights Out

Nights out are always special, especially when you can let your hair down. So forget the designated driver, or the long wait for trains and book us. A night out in the UK or a weekend away, just give us a call.
