Wedding bus hire and guest transportation across Lancaster, Morecambe and north Lancashire. One vehicle, one driver, everybody at the right place at the right time — which on a wedding day is most of the battle.

Most of what we do on a wedding day is moving your guests. Not the bridal car — we do not do vintage Bentleys and ribbon — but the fifty or sixty people who need to get from the ceremony to the reception without a convoy of taxis, and home again at midnight without anyone driving.

If you want a vintage car with ribbon for the couple, that is somebody else’s job and we will happily say so. What we are good at is the forty or fifty people behind them.

Most Lancaster weddings we cover come down to three moves: guests to the ceremony, everyone on to the reception, and home at the end of the night. Take one, two or all three. We will pick up from several addresses if your guests are spread between hotels in Lancaster and Morecambe.

If your venues are close together we can run a shuttle back and forth at a reduced rate, rather than charging for a vehicle to sit idle. That works particularly well where guests are staying across several hotels and arriving at different times.

Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham, Carnforth, Galgate and the surrounding villages, and we travel further for the right wedding — venues in the Lakes, the Yorkshire Dales and across the Fylde Coast are all regular runs for us.

Drinks on board are fine with a word to your driver, which matters more on the run home than the run there. Every minibus has a Bluetooth sound system if you want the playlist going between venues.
