Since 2013, we have specialised in minibus business transport for local and national companies both big and small, whatever their requirements. Our extensive fleet of clean, comfortable and reliable minibuses all come fitted with a Bluetooth sound system so you can create the playlist to your journey. Corporate minibus hire and business travel

Whether you think of it as corporate minibus hire, a business minibus service or simply a business travel taxi for the team, the point is the same: everyone in one vehicle, arriving together, with nobody navigating or parking.

We have run business transport since 2013 for local firms and national companies alike, a single 8 seater for a client visit, or several vehicles for a full department. Groups from 6 up to 36.

Staff transport and contract work

Regular work suits us best: shift runs, site-to-site shuttles, staff park-and-ride, and standing weekly bookings that need the same vehicle at the same time each week.

Give us the pattern rather than each journey and we will quote the block. Where rotas allow we keep the same drivers on a contract, which is usually what operations teams are really asking for.

Conferences, events and airport runs

Delegates from Lancaster station to a conference venue, a team out to an awards evening, the office Christmas do, or an early run down the M6 to Manchester Airport, all standard corporate work for us.

On airport jobs we track flights, so a delayed return does not leave your people waiting at arrivals.

DBS-checked drivers, fully insured

Our drivers hold the required licences and qualifications, take regular training and refresher courses, and are DBS checked. Every vehicle is comprehensively insured to carry passengers for hire or reward.

That matters for corporate work more than people assume, plenty of bookings involve clients, candidates or vulnerable passengers, and procurement will ask.

Booking and payment

Book by phone or online and we confirm by email within 24 hours. Payment is by bank transfer, or card over the phone or online. A 20% deposit holds the booking, with the balance due 72 hours before travel.
